A strength and conditioning class for folks age 65+, taught by a Doctor of Physical Therapy, designed to keep you young, healthy, and physically independent.

While there are many “fall prevention” and fitness classes for older folks out there, the problem is that too many of them do not adequately achieve the goals they set out to accomplish.
At Senior Fitizens, we utilize proven strength and conditioning principles to keep you doing the things you love, with the ones you love, for as long as you want to do them.

Senior Fitizens is a strength and conditioning class that utilizes weights, cardio equipment, and communal encouragement to build strong and healthy individuals for the long haul!
Participants can choose to commit to 1x/week or 2x/week.
Space is limited.

Senior Fitizens is coached by Dr. Neville Chu, PT, DPT. A licensed orthopedic physical therapist with over 10 years of physical therapy and strength and conditioning coaching experience.
